When people ask me why I moved abroad right after college, I’d always tell them that my biggest fear was waking up at 80 years old realizing that my life was almost over and I had never really done anything I wanted to do.

Do you dream about moving abroad? YEAH THAT'S ME
When people ask me why I moved abroad right after college, I’d always tell them that my biggest fear was waking up at 80 years old realizing that my life was almost over and I had never really done anything I wanted to do.

Yes, I’m publishing this mid-way through January, and yes, I’m combining November and December, because these last 2.5 months have been CRAZY. From getting extremely sick to the point […]
I’ll be honest… Travel hacking was something I always felt like I should be doing, but I was completely intimidated by the entire process. Booking flights with points and miles, hotel and airline status reward programs, having multiple credit cards with different bonuses… Where do I even start??!
Travelers can be some of the hardest people to shop for. How do you buy gifts for people who prioritize experiences over “things”? A few Christmases ago, I made the mistake of saying I wanted some candles for my apartment in China, and I ended up with no less than 8 candles as gifts. Trust me, trying to make weight with a bunch of perfumed glass bricks in my bag wasn’t easy. Whoopsies!

What I Was Up to This Month This October, Chris and I took a little trip to Merisi for our one-year wedding anniversary! Shortly after, we moved to a new apartment and signed a year-long lease!! Surprise! Chris and I just moved into a new apartment in Tbilisi, Georgia and we signed a YEAR-LONG LEASE. It was a big decision, but we decided that if we’re going to live here indefinitely, we might as well have a bit more space, and take advantage of all the lower prices due to COVID and the borders being shut. After a few days of searching, we ended up finding the PERFECT new place, and I’m so excited to show it to all of you!

So… what’s it really like to be a location independent travel blogger, online course creator, and freelancer? What do I DO all day, especially now during COVID? What’s an average day look like working from home in Tbilisi? These are questions I get all the time, so I figured… why not share an average day […]
This September I spent the entire month in Tbilisi, Georgia (surprise, surprise!). I’ve been working on my goal of writing a blog post every week, and having some fun while I’m at it! This month wasn’t all fun though, I had to send in my computer for repairs (ahhh!!) AND the new headphones I ordered from the US don’t work with my computer. So… that’s great.
I think I’ve mentioned (approximately five or six times) that I’m kind of obsessed with the Enneagram, and I’ve had a few questions about what exactly this is, and why I talk about it so much. So since I’m now writing weekly blog posts about things I’m passionate about, let me introduce you to my biggest non-travel obsession: The Enneagram! In this post, I’m going to (not so) briefly explain what exactly the Enneagram is, why I’m so obsessed with it, and how I’ve been using it for personal growth!
